MLH teams can sign three WORLD CLASS players. These can be free-agents in North America, Europe or Russia with major professional-level experience. Teams will then fill out their roster with talented players from the NCAA or Canadian U Sports, plus major junior players in Canada, the United States and Europe. We’re proud to announce that qualified female players will be considered equally.
The MLH scouting staff has already completed the 2024 player draft which will be released shortly.
MLH has retained prominent professional-level coaches and management personnel in many markets.
The inaugural draft of 880 professional Free Agents and graduating NCAA, Major Junior and U-Sport players has already taken place.
Experienced pro players and administrators with NHL, AHL, KHL etc. experience
Experienced pro sports administrators (baseball, basketball, soccer, U-Sports)
Entry level positions for those without pro experience will be posted early September
Players not drafted are welcome to attend 3-day Free Agent Camps in Toronto or Minneapolis in September. Registration instructions will be posted on the website in August.
