Major League Hockey Corp. Announces Postponement of Inaugural 3-on-3

Major League Hockey Corp. Announces Postponement of Inaugural 3-on-3 Professional  Hockey League Season to October 2025

Victoria, B.C. Max Chambers, the Chief Executive Officer behind the highly anticipated Major League Hockey (MLH), has announced today that it will postpone the launch of its inaugural season until October 2025.

MLH did not make this decision lightly, as its investors and team worked tirelessly to bring this innovative and exciting new 3-on-3 product to life. However, postponing the launch is the best course of action due to unforeseen medical challenges regarding the CEO's health and the need for additional time to ensure every aspect of the League meets the highest standards.

The fourteen coaches and GMs, already under contract, will use the upcoming season to scout Major Junior, NCAA, and USports games. Each agreed that it was better to wait until October 2025  than to rush into 2024 without the League’s CEO.

The League’s commitment to delivering a premier hockey experience remains unwavering. The additional time will allow it to fine-tune operations, secure the best talent, and enhance  infrastructure, ensuring that when the puck drops in October 2025, MLH will be everything fans, players, and partners expect—and more.

“We are deeply committed to our vision of revolutionizing the hockey landscape with this 3-on-3 format," said CEO Max Chambers. "While this delay is disappointing, it is ultimately necessary to  ensure we deliver a top-tier product that will set a new standard in an exciting new format of professional hockey. This extra time allows us to contact larger buildings in some states and provinces and to prepare new leases in original markets where the arenas fit our needs.

MLH extends its heartfelt thanks to the team presidents, general managers and coaches who  remain committed to an exciting inaugural season. The League also thanks its suppliers and  sponsors, who understand the need to delay, and the arena managers in sixteen cities who worked diligently to accommodate the League’s schedule.

MLH is confident that this postponement will result in an even more spectacular inaugural season and looks forward to sharing more exciting updates as October 2025 approaches.
